nandanasen Nandana refuses to go toplessAfter the controversial nude scenes in Ketan Mehta’s Rang Rasiya Nandana Sen has been getting a lot of offers from Hollywood makers. The scenes are apparently not obscene but shot aesthetically

The actress rejected two Hollywood projects recently. But clearing the air sources close to Nandana say , “She rejected those movies as they had few nude sequences to be shot and she wasn’t comfortable shooting for those sequences.”

Nandana was even offered the role of a protagonist in an Italian film based on Mahasweta Devi story titled choli ke peeche. The film was to be directed by Italo Spinelli, produced by RAI, and shot by Blasco Giurardo, the cinematographer of Cinema Paradiso.

But once again Nandana rejected to do this movie as she was asked to do nude scenes. Although the film had a powerful story and a brilliant script Nandana had no other option but to reject the International flick. Nandana decided not to play this part “It’s a powerful story and although I support it fully I feel the subject matter is such that the tribal girl’s nudity cannot avoid becoming unintentionally voyeuristic and eroticized even though that is definitely not the objective.”

Celina Jaitley faces hate mails for support of gay community

Just recently, Celina Jaitley had expressed her support for the gay community at the re-launch of the magazine for the gay community ‘Bombay Dost’. She had also participated in the Gay Parade in Mumbai and called for the abolition of the laws that treat homosexuality as a crime.

But seems, Celina’s support for homosexuality did not go down well with the people, for the lady has been flooded with various hate mails and messages after the launch party. Some even questioned Celina’s sexuality and wrote that she too is a homosexual.

But strong as she is, Celina is unperturbed by all this. Celina vehemently conferred that this is a human right deserved by every person. During the launch itself she had stated: “It saddens me that people have so much hatred towards sexual minorities and people who show them support.

It’s also unfortunate that people have not stopped their hatred against the gay community but have only learnt to mask it.”

Salman not gifted me house: Asin

Bollywood actress Asin has declined the report that her co-star of London Dreams has gifted her house.

Asin said that she is still living in the same house ever since moving to Mumbai to shoot for Aamir Khan’s Ghajini. Interestingly, she hadn’t met Salman then.

Asin has been linked with Salman ever since they joined hands for London Dreams. It was reported that Salman has dumped Katrina Kaif because of her relationship with him. Asin has denied the rumours.

This time around, she is miffed at the rumours that Salman has bought a house for her.
